Ganesh Chaturthi is the festival celebrated by worshipping of Shri Ganesh son of Shiva & Parvati in the Hindu calendar month of Bhaadrapada which starts on the shukla chaturthi means fourth day of the waxing moon, so called Ganesh Chaturthi. Ganesh Chaturti celebrated for ten days and ending at Anant Chaturdashi say fourteenth day of waxing moon. Ganesh Chaturthi is well celebrated all over India & worldwide by Hindus but specially celebrated in most spectacular way in Maharashtra, India.
